I often hear students say things like this—
"I've learned some chengyu, but I'm never sure how to actually use them in conversation.""
“I don't feel confident using chengyu."
"I thought I didn't need to learn them — they seemed so complicated. But then I hit a wall and realized they're everywhere."
The truth is— there are so many situations where chengyu is the only way to truly describe what's happening or express how you feel. They bring punch and impact to your words, so the listener can really feel the weight.
In this live online workshop, we'll explore a selection of practical chengyu that Taiwanese people actually use in everyday life. I personally chose each one and made them easy to digest, so you can 現學現賣 — learn it and use it right away. :)
